I bought a year membership for dental cleanings, which includes 2 full cleanings. The first time I went there (when I bought the membership), they did a great job on my teeth and I was happy with the service. Now, 6 months later, I am trying to get my second cleaning and they keep canceling on me. My husband took last Friday off of work just so I could go to my appointment, and they cancelled. Not a huge deal, it happens. It was short notice and I was annoyed, but again, stuff happens. Then they asked me to reschedule so I had to have my husband take another Friday off since they aren’t open on the weekends. Well that was today and they cancelled on me again, 4 hours before my appointment. They texted me like it was not a big deal and asked me to reschedule for a third time. It might anot be a big deal to them, but it is to me and my family, I can’t keep doing this. They have a strict policy that if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, they charge you a $150 fee. But apparently they can do whatever they want it we just have to deal with it. Honesty, it’s just awful customer service. I assume it’s because I already paid for the year so they got their money and

Not a bad place - they advertise the super luxurious stuff (aroma therapy, scented pillows, Netflix, etc). I sat in the chair and once I did the X-rays, had to wait 30min before the doc came to do the initial look before the cleaning. I thought I would try the scented pillow and was told they didn't have any left. I also had 3 fillings redone at this place, and have had random pain in all of them - not sure that was there fault, but didn't have any pain before.

I have gone here for several years and Dr Sophie and her staff are amazing people! Compassionate and very accommodating.They go out of their way for others. If people would stop and take notice of the compassion I have witnessed from this staff Then No one would ever fear the dental chair again. It’s worth your time to go by Tranquility and get an appointment for you and for your loved ones. Seniors looking for a kind dentist that has patience and willingness to listen look no further. Thank you Dr Sophia and staff for being the best!

All the people I met at the dental office were very welcoming and though I am not looking forward to getting a crown, I know they will take good care of me. They also took care of a confusing bill that was not correct cheerfully and quickly. I am very satisfied with the dental work and the atmosphere there.

Wow! I recently visited Tranquility Dental Wellness as a new patient and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming team, the focus on comfort care, and the beautiful location. Heather, Surina, and Renee took exceptional care of me and made the entire visit feel relaxed and positive. Heather was especially informative, taking the time to explain long-term dental care and treatment options in a way that was easy to understand. I’ve already scheduled my future appointments and look forward to continuing my care with them. I highly recommend giving Tranquility Dental Wellness a try!
